The location of this motel was just what I wanted, close to sports facilities and the Manawatu River. The studio was spacious, comfy and spotless. The kitchen facilities were comprehensive. The bathroom was large with an powerful, hot shower, and I appreciated the wall mounted, refillable toiletries. The bed was large and comfy and there were individual reading lights for the single bed, both sides of the main bed and the seating. The wifi was excellent and there was a bench outside for soaking up the sun.

The quiet location of this motel is perfect for those wishing to access the Manawatu River, Parkrun, Botanic Gardens and the Lido. It is also close enough to be convenient to both the Square and the University. Proprietors, Neil and Amber, who have only been there a short time, are welcoming and enthusiastic. A new initiative was barista coffee to order, delivered to the door. The room was very clean, the shower was excellent, as was the WIFI

We felt well looked after by our hosts who made every effort to assist us. I needed an accessible room which was not quite fully accessible unfortunately, however with some thoughts and ideas from us I am sure there will be some improvements. Be sure to call them directly and they will help where they can to meet your needs. I have to say the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable.,

The staff are so lovely and even if you say you only need a top up of coffee nothing else the staff will still give your room a service daily with fresh towels etc. If you wash your own dishes you will come back to your room with them put away just amazing all round at the Comfort Inn Kauri Court. Definitely recommend to stay kiwi owned and operated which is a rear find these days.
